NESTELLO is obligated to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online shop users. NESTELLO will use the collected personal information solely for the purpose of providing the services it offers. NESTELLO respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online shop users and will therefore take all necessary steps to protect it from potential breaches and misuse. Users' personal data is one of the areas to which NESTELLO pays exceptional care and attention, given its sensitive nature.

Use of personal data

In order to provide its services, NESTELLO collects, manages, processes and stores the following personal information:

  • first and last name

  • delivery address

  • name of the company or legal entity (if applicable)

  • tax number of the legal entity (if applicable)

  • email address (username)

  • phone number

  • country of residence

  • other information that the user voluntarily enters in the web shop's forms

  • other information that the user later voluntarily adds to his profile

NESTELLO is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data entered by the user.

Cookies and IP addresses

Each time you visit the online store, NESTELLO assigns a cookie to the user for identification, shopping cart control, and traceability.
These cookies are only stored in the server's memory for the duration of the visit and are automatically deleted after one hour of inactivity.

NESTELLO may also store permanent cookies on the user's device, such as:

  • an encrypted user ID number for recognition on subsequent visits

  • cookies for product reviews

  • external cookies from Google Analytics for website visit analysis

NESTELLO may use this data in an anonymized, aggregated form for statistical purposes.

NESTELLO also collects users' IP addresses for online security.

Confidentiality statement of personal data

In accordance with data protection regulations, NESTELLO is obliged to protect the personal data of users of the online shop.

NESTELLO will contact the buyer by electronic communication only if the buyer does not object.

Advertising emails will always:

  • be clearly recognizable as advertising

  • show a clear sender

  • clearly mark promotions and discounts

  • state conditions transparently

  • provide a clear opportunity to unsubscribe

The user's wish to no longer receive advertising is strictly respected by NESTELLO.

NESTELLO may process data in anonymized, summarized form for statistical analyses.

Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

For the delivery of products, NESTELLO only provides the necessary data to the delivery service (recipient's name + delivery address).

Contact with the user is via email when necessary to complete the purchase, or by telephone only in the event of problems with registration or ordering.

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (and GDPR), NESTELLO protects personal data according to internal data protection rules.

All NESTELLO employees — permanent or freelance — who have access to personal data are familiar with these rules and are obliged to comply with them.
The obligation of confidentiality remains in force even after termination of the collaboration with NESTELLO.

Registered users may discontinue using the online shop and terminate their registration at any time by giving written notice to NESTELLO.
Before termination of the registration, all outstanding obligations from previous orders must be fully settled.

Even after cancellation of your registration, NESTELLO remains obligated to protect the confidentiality of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.
